About the Classrooms

H. Donaldson
I always want to add things I think will make the classroom more and inviting and make the kids as comfortable and confident as possible

H. Hodges
This upcoming 2026–2027 school year, I’ll be stepping into the classroom as a kindergarten teacher! For the last 6 years, I’ve been working toward my education degree, and Florida allows education students to complete their internship while serving as the teacher in their own classroom. Because of that, I’ll be finishing my final year of college while also experiencing all the joys, challenges, and adventures of my very first year of teaching. As I start getting ready for the school year, I’m gathering classroom supplies and resources for my students. I appreciate any help I receive while I prepare for this exciting new chapter! This has been a long-time goal of mine, and I’m so excited to see where this journey takes me!

T. Roberts
I teach in a multi grade self-contained classroom supporting students who need a little extra when navigating their elementary years.

K. Duckworth
I am second-year third grade teacher, I am striving to help students grow and build confidence in the classroom. This year, I’m focused on increasing science literacy by encouraging curiosity and hands-on learning, while also helping students make strong gains in math. My goal is to create a positive, engaging classroom where every student feels supported and excited to learn.

J. Olmstead
This will be my fourth year teaching 4th grade at Rideout Elementary, and my second year teaching all subjects. Any donation to my classroom is greatly appreciated!

H. Coussens
I teach the most amazing fifth graders to be readers and historians, and it is one of my greatest honors! I watch these donations make a noticeable different in my scholars’ learning experience. Thank you for considering supporting my sweet fifth graders!

K. Powell
The goal in my 3rd-grade classroom is to create an organized, engaging, and welcoming environment where every student feels loved, supported, valued, and excited to learn. Your generosity will help provide resources that directly impact our class every day, making learning engaging, organized, and fun for my students.

M. Peterson
I will teaching in a VE Self-Contained classroom again this year, grades 3-4. I am looking forward to another great school year! Any support for my classroom would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

H. Chaulk
This will be my third year teaching 4th grade. I will be teaching Language Arts & Social Studies. I appreciate anyone who contributes to this school year!

B. Sipkovsky
Thank you for taking the time to support our classroom. I am a first grade teacher, and every day I work to create a classroom that is engaging, welcoming, and full of opportunities for students to grow as readers, writers, mathematicians, and kind community members.

C. Burgett
I am the Media Specialist (Librarian) at RideOut Elementary. The items on this list will help me to decorate the library to make it brighter and more welcoming. There are incentives for my fabulous readers who love reading the SSYRA books. We gave out over 3000 brag-tags and other prizes last year for their successful reading. I can’t wait to see how many students will work through reading the SSYRA books this year. Thank you for your support!

M. Crutcher
I am going into my third year teaching Kindergarten at ROE! My goal is to give every student a welcoming classroom full of the resources they need to succeed!

R. Baxley
I’m super excited about starting my 31st year of teaching. I am returning to teaching both math and science in 5th grade. All my friends know I love to teach math. But science is where I get to be creatively fun. Attached is my classroom wish list. Any contribution is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

K. Hanes
This will be my first year in 2nd grade, moving up from many years of Pre K. I can’t wait to welcome my students and make this an amazing year for them.

C. Fillion
I am making the jump from general education to art and have completely different supplies that are needed.
