Hi everyone! I am a 1st year teacher starting in 1st grade. I am super excited for my “fireflies” to glow this year. The theme is Fay’s Fireflies and we will be “glowing up” this year. I love building a strong sense of community and I think having a positive reward system & tight knit environment will be beneficial. Thank you all for any help you can offer.
